Quimet & Quimet was made popular by Anthony Bourdain and I was nervous about going there. I was afraid of the hype, afraid that the Bourdain-inspired food tourists may have made it into a kind of culinary Disneyland, watered down and losing it’s initial charm. This was not the case at all.
