The operative word today is speed.
We spent Saturday at the Willow Springs Raceway to let the man and his STI loose on a series of wicked turns and mean straightaways. Almost a full tank of gas and one blown-out tire later, we headed back to LA, dusty, exhausted and hungry for more.
I needed something simple and quick that I could throw into a cooler for the day. The menu included a finger sandwich trio (more on this later) and the easiest dip I could muster up in 2 minutes. Again, it’s all about speed. And this is a fast one.
You will need:

- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
